Нетямущий батько втік, програвшись вщент, а доньку, 17-річну Нанамі Момозоно, люди в чорному викинули з дому. Бідолашна вирушила до парку, і тут серед ночі почула голос, що молив урятувати від злого собаки. Відігнавши не такого вже й страшного собаку, Нанамі розговорилася з привабливим незнайомцем і розповіла свою історію. Хлопець, назвавшись Мікаґе, пожалів дівчину і в якості подяки запропонував пожити в нього. А сам він повертатися не хоче, адже вдома давно не був і Томое, мабуть, вже злиться. Встрягати в сімейну історію Нанамі не хотілося, але ж не ночувати на лавці, і вона взяла карту і вирушила до місця.
