The Gauntlet — це 7-й сезон ігрового реаліті-шоу MTV «The Challenge». Сезон іде безпосередньо після «Battle of the Sexes». У The Gauntlet взяли участь 28 учасників, які змагалися в місіях, де найкращому індивідуальному гравцю присуджувався «рятувальний круг» імунітету. Потім кожна команда обирала гравця зі свого складу для участі в елімінаційному челенджі «The Gauntlet». Це випробування проходило в Теллурайді, Колорадо. Ведучим був Джонні Мозелі.
Це перше видання серії «Gauntlet», за яким у 2005–2006 роках послідував «The Gauntlet 2», а у 2008 році — «The Gauntlet III
