Третій сезон реаліті-шоу каналу Syfy «Face Off» прем'єрувався 21 серпня 2012 року і завершився 31 жовтня 2012 року. У сезоні взяли участь дванадцять майстрів протезного гриму, які змагалися між собою у створенні гримеových ефектів. У фіналі переможця визначила публіка під час прямого ефіру на Хелловін. Переможницею сезону стала Ніколь Чілеллі з Сакраменто, штат Каліфорнія. Головним призом третього сезону була посада запрошеного лектора в Академіях Make Up for Ever у Нью-Йорку та Парижі, автомобіль Toyota Prius v 2012 року та 100 000 доларів США.
