Протягом 12 складних завдань кількість із 16 кандидатів буде скорочуватися, поки не залишиться лише один переможець. І по дорозі в залі засідань відбудеться чимало іскристих суперечок!

Щотижня майбутні підприємці будуть розділені на дві команди під керівництвом призначених менеджерів проєктів, які зійдуться в протистоянні під пильним наглядом радниці лорда Шугара баронеси Каррен Брейді та нового помічника Клода Літтнера.

Після виконання кожного завдання обидві команди повертаються до залу засідань, щоб обговорити свій надихаючий або катастрофічний досвід і дізнатися, яка сторона перемогла.

Переможців чекає розкішний приз, тоді як менеджер проєкту команди, що програла, має обрати двох колег, які супроводять його назад до залу засідань. Потім лорд Шугар вислухає їхні аргументи та звільнить принаймні одного з них із конкурсу.

Кінцевий переможець 15-го сезону «The Apprentice» отримає можливість стати бізнес-партнером лорда Шугара та отримати інвестиції на суму 250 000 фунтів стерлінгів на основі своєї ідеї.
